- Support requests - While the initial web site will be delivered bug free, browser and web technologies are constantly evolving and incompatibilities may arise. Simply log any issues in our issue tracking system and any problems will be resolved quickly, protecting your investment.
- Ongoing consultancy - At any given time you can ask me for advice on your website, using up to a maximum of 10 hours of included consultancy.
- Video tutorials and online manuals - Access to screencast and online manuals to help you manage your site.
- Monthly performance reports - It’s important that your web site delivers the audience required for your business. These reports allow you to easily see how who is visiting your site and what terms they are using to find it.
- Continuous security updates - New threats to websites emerge on a regular basis. You site will be kept up-to-date to protect it from the latest security vulnerabilities.
- Daily site website backup - Your website will be constantly evolving as you and new pages and articles. Your entire site, including it’s content, will be backed up to cloud storage as well as my local server.
- Continuous search engine optimisation - Using the information gathered from the monthly performance reports, your site will be optimised to ensure it is found when people are using search engines.
- Managed emails - You can choose to host your email as part of this package. Have up to 9 email addresses.
